My Essence

They say that pain can act as a catalyst for the search for oneself.

They say that pain holds a powerful healing force, when it is consciously channeled.

Pain humbles you, helps you empathize with others, and makes you unique.

We all carry our scars, and they are the most beautiful thing we have.

They are our story.

They are our essence.

The beginning of the path: yoga as an awakening

I was 23 years old when I discovered Yoga. At that time, I was completely unaware of the journey my soul was about to begin. Looking back today, from a place of distance and perspective, I understand that it could not have been any other way.

Time, as always, is the greatest teacher.

I graduated in Languages and Cultures for Tourism in Turin and traveled while working in several countries, hoping to escape a “demon” that followed me everywhere and never allowed me to live in peace.

For ten years, I suffered from an eating disorder that deeply marked my youth - my relationship with others, with my family, and with myself.

I was so focused on appearing, on proving, on being liked, that I completely forgot the true meaning of the word BEING.

Being myself.

Truly being who I am.

Perfect in imperfection.

India: Hatha Yoga, conscious breathing and meditation

At the age of 26, I decided to travel to Northern India to study Hatha Yoga.

There, I met teachers who showed me the transformative power of asanas, conscious breathing, and meditation.

I discovered that we are not only a physical body, but also an energetic one.

It wasn’t just an idea - it was an experience.

I felt it with such intensity that I couldn’t stop screaming for half an hour.

A cathartic moment.

An apocalyptic event.

Reality revealed itself clearly before my eyes.

It was within the vulnerability of the body and the rawness of the mind that I understood my purpose in life: to know myself beyond the surface of the physical, beyond even this lifetime.

Barcelona: Californian massage and the somatic body

I arrived in Barcelona in 2019 to continue my university studies.

It was during the COVID period that I discovered the School of Californian Massage - a true gateway to love and consciousness.

Learning this massage opened me to a new vision of the human being and of myself: understanding the language of the somatic body as a living system, full of memory and karmic information.

A body that remembers.

A body that somatizes every lived experience.

For my soul, it was another quantum leap.

My way of accompanying: experience and continuous training

From there, I continued training - and I will keep doing so until I feel it is time to stop.

I am currently deepening my practice of Mindfulness and plan to continue my training throughout 2026 as well.

I love experiencing life in all its forms- balance and imbalance, order and chaos, light and darkness.

There is no magical formula to avoid suffering, but there are tools that can make the journey a little lighter. Starting from the body, the material, the physical.

I walk this path with you.
